Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 1–2 business days, provided all payment details are verified. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. During busy periods or sales events, processing time may extend by an additional 1–2 business days.
2. Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are calculated based on the size, weight, and delivery location of your order. The shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase. We offer competitive rates to ensure a cost-effective shopping experience.
3. Shipping Locations
IKB Trading currently ships within South Africa. We may expand to international shipping in the future, and we will notify customers of any changes to our service areas.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can track the progress of your delivery through the courier’s website.
5. Delivery Address
Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. IKB Trading is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information. If an incorrect address is provided, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist in correcting it before shipment.
6. Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location, the shipping method selected, and the availability of products. While we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, external factors such as weather, public holidays, and courier delays may affect the delivery time.
7. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or international addresses at this time. Certain products, such as perishable goods, may have specific delivery windows and could be subject to different shipping rules or restrictions.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or if there are missing items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assist you in resolving the issue and may offer a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.

If your package has not been delivered within the estimated timeframe and is marked as lost by the courier, please contact us immediately. We will assist you in tracking down the package or arranging a replacement.
10. Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, some delays are beyond our control. These can be caused by factors such as weather conditions, customs issues (for international orders), or high order volumes during holiday seasons. We ask for your patience in these situations, and we will keep you informed of any significant delays.
11. Customs and Import Taxes (for future international shipping)
For orders shipped outside of South Africa, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply. These charges are determined by the local customs authority, and IKB Trading is not responsible for any additional costs that arise during international shipping.
